    Our dog bow ties are handmade to order with love and care just for your dog!

    • Available is sizes small, medium and large
    • Easily attaches to your dog's collar with hook and loop strips
    • Spot clean or hand wash and air dry
    • Dog collar is not included.

    Measuring + Sizing

    • Small – 3.5" x 2" - For small, medium or large dogs.

    • Medium – 4.5” x 2.5" - For medium and large dogs.
    Please do not order a medium bow tie for a small dog.

    • Large – 5.5" x 3" - For very fluffy medium dogs or large dogs only.
    Please do not order a large bow tie for a small dog.

    How It's Made

    Our dog bow ties are stitched not glued! No hot glue used here!

    • Carefully and lovingly constructed of high quality cotton fabric
    • Designer fabric that is stabilized with lightweight interfacing to retain shape
    • 2 strong but thin hook and loop strips are securely stitched to the back of the bow tie

    Care Instructions

    • Spot clean or very gently hand wash with mild detergent in cool water
    • Do not tumble dry
    • Do not iron

    Shipping Policy

    Order Processing:

    Please allow 1 to 3 business to process your order. Everything is made to order just for you. Expect an email within 1 to 3 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

    If your order will take longer than 3 business days to process, we will reach out to you and let you know.

    Flat Rate Shipping:

    Orders are generally delivered within 3 to 7 business days using USPS Ground Advantage/DHL or 1 to 4 business days using USPS Priority.

    USPS Ground Advantage/DHL - Flat rate shipping fee of $3.99 
    USPS Priority - Flat rate shipping fee of $7.99*

    *Printed items such as mugs, phone cases, apparel, Dog ID tags and home decor are not eligible for USPS Priority shipping. These items will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or DHL.

    Printed items will be shipped separately from dog collars, bow ties, leashes, and bandanas.

    International Shipping:

    We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

    Shipping Addresses

    Check your shipping address carefully there are no refunds or reships for orders shipped to wrong addresses provided by the customer.

    If you accidentally provide us with the wrong shipping address, please contact us within 2 hours so we can cancel your order and have you place your order again with the correct shipping address.

    For your protection and ours, we will only ship to the address that is provided to us when the order is placed.

    Damaged Deliveries:

    In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at woof@angelandlily.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

    If you are not happy with the item you received or any part of the transaction, please contact us at woof@angelandlily.com right away and an actual human will get back to you the same day to come up with the appropriate resolution.

    Our return policy is simple!

    We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have up to 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    We strive for 100% customer satisfaction but we understand that returns and exchanges are necessary sometimes.

    We work with our customers to provide a resolution that makes everyone happy.

    How We Process Returns

    To start a return, you can contact us at woof@angelandlily.com with the information below and we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping will be at the customer’s expense unless the return is due to an error made by us or a manufacturing defect. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error made by us or a manufacturing defect.

    Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Refunds are processed immediately by our payment processor Stripe however, depending on your bank, it can take up to 3 – 10 business days to appear in your bank account. We recommend checking with your bank if you don’t see your refund within one week. Please feel free to contact us with any concerns or questions as well.

    There is one instance in which we will not issue a refund – if you provide us with the wrong shipping address.

    Check your shipping address carefully as there are no refunds or reships for orders shipped to wrong addresses provided by the customer. If you have provided us with the wrong shipping address, please contact us and let us know within 2 hours so we can update it in our system.

    Damages and Issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like What's On Sale items, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), custom printed items (such as dog ID tags, coffee mugs, tote bags, apparel, etc.) and digital downloads.
